VME AXMANN has concentrated much effort in moulding lines
for box and boxless boxes in resin sand. The customer has a
choice of versions; pivoting, multisand articulated and
articulated with screw. Features such as the "fold-out" opening
of the mixer tank, the self cleaning system by means of
inhibitor, the homogenisation of the first sand using a timed
gate, the continuous recycling of the binders and PLC
controlled multiprogramming of the capacity by means of
pumps coupled to DC motors all go to guarantee the perfect
mixing of the sand and chemical-binders.
