Cleaning Concept: Due to the design of the mixing area and the operating sequence of the mixing process, build-up of the material being mixed is prevented during continuous operation. Prior to breaks in production time, an air nozzle system is provided to ensures extensive cleaning of the mixing chamber.
Operating Cost : The most important feature of VME core sand mixer - It reduces operating costs. The required core strength is achieved with lower binder quantities. Short cleaning and maintenance times which also reduces the operating cost.
